We enable knowledge transfer and utilisation in the transition of energy production from oil and gas to offshore wind.

Our approach is driven by quality, efficiency and safety – this is always at the heart of our work. Most importantly, our approach is driven by people, our most valuable asset.

Havfram is majority owned by HitecVision, a serial entrepreneur and energy investor in the North Sea region’s offshore energy sector.

Our vision is to be a global leading company in the transition of energy production from offshore oil and gas into the offshore renewables & wind industry.

Our mission is to serve clients and partners across the three business segments; Hav Dyp, Hav Vind and Hav Kraft.

Our core principles

We invest in people, meet the individual requirements of each client and put safety first – whilst working to create value for all stakeholders and upholding a long-term perspective.

We have in-depth knowledge, the know-how, and build on proven solutions when planning and executing offshore projects to the highest safety and quality standards.

We build trust by consistently delivering as promised and appreciate transparency when working with our clients and partners.

We hold ourselves to the highest standards and expect our partners to do the same while striving to be diligent and to create value in all results.

We work with clients to develop solutions fit for purpose and act with flexibility, courage and respect in the way we operate.

Havfram is managed by people with a strong performance focus and extensive experience within subsea EPCI construction works and offshore wind installation.
